Privacy
GroundUp collects only the information you choose to send through our registration, inquiry, contact, or client onboarding forms. This can include your name, class preference, business name, links, project details, phone number, email address, content readiness, budget readiness, campaign brief, and links to files you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your information to reserve webinar seats, send class details and reminders, review service inquiries, onboard paid clients, prepare and deliver campaign work, reply to you, understand whether GroundUp is a fit, and improve our process. We do not sell your information.
Where it goes
Website registrations, inquiries, and onboarding briefs are delivered to GroundUp through our hosting provider, stored in our private Google Sheets lead tracker, and sent as a private Telegram notification. Files remain with the storage service you choose to link, such as Google Drive. When you provide an email address, it may also be processed by our transactional email provider so we can send your confirmation. These providers may keep standard technical logs needed to operate and protect their services.
Ads measurement
When GroundUp runs Meta ads, the free webinar and done-for-you ad pages may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page visits, confirmed registrations, service inquiries, booked calls, and completed purchases. Email addresses and phone numbers sent to Meta for matching are normalized and securely hashed first. Meta may also receive standard technical information needed for measurement, such as a browser identifier, ad click identifier, IP address, user agent, page URL, and a unique event ID. The same event ID is used to prevent one action from being counted twice.
How long we keep it
We keep registration, inquiry, and onboarding information only as long as it is useful for the class, conversation, project record, or reasonable business and legal requirements.
